What happens after I submit the intake form?
A CapeWeb team member reviews your responses within one business day and emails you a Calendly link for a free 30-minute discovery call. After that call, we send a fixed-price written scope within 48 hours.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your goals, current setup, and constraints — then either propose a scope or tell you we are not the right fit.
How long does the intake-to-launch process take?
Typically 2–3 weeks for a starter site and 6–10 weeks for a custom React/Next.js or Shopify build. Intake to first demo is usually 5–7 working days.
Do you only work with automation projects?
No. The intake form is general — we handle custom web development, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), local SEO, AI chat, WhatsApp automation, paid ads and care plans. Tell us your goal and we will route the project to the right service.
