CapeWeb Referral Programme

Know someone who needs a website? That's worth R2,000.

Refer a business to CapeWeb. When they become a paying client, you get R2,000 — cash via EFT, or R2,000 off your own CapeWeb bill. No cap, no fine-print games. Refer five, that's R10,000.

Refer Someone Now
Step 1

Send the form

Takes 60 seconds. Tell us who they are, how to reach them, and what they need. Just make sure they're happy for you to share their details.

Step 2

We take it from there

We reach out within one business day, mention you sent us, and run our usual process — free 30-minute discovery call, then a fixed-price quote within 48 hours.

Step 3

You get R2,000

The moment they sign and their first payment clears, your reward is locked in. Take it as an EFT or as R2,000 off your CapeWeb bill — paid within 14 days, and we keep you posted at every stage.

Make the introduction.

Two minutes now, R2,000 when they sign. We'll handle everything in between.

Programme terms

  1. A referral is successful when the referred business signs a CapeWeb project agreement and pays their first invoice or deposit.
  2. The reward is R2,000 per successful referral, paid within 14 days of that first payment clearing — your choice of an EFT, or R2,000 credit off your own CapeWeb account. Businesses referring other businesses qualify the same as individuals. There is no limit on the number of referrals.
  3. The referred business must be a new contact — not an existing CapeWeb client, and not a lead already in conversation with CapeWeb in the 6 months before your submission. We confirm eligibility when we receive your referral.
  4. If more than one person refers the same business, the first submission received qualifies.
  5. You confirm you have the referred person's permission to share their contact details (as required by POPIA). We use their details only to make a single introduction.
  6. Referring your own business doesn't qualify — the programme rewards introductions to other businesses.
  7. CapeWeb may amend or close the programme at any time. Referrals already submitted are honoured under the terms that applied when you submitted.

Referral programme — frequently asked questions

What counts as a successful referral?
The business you refer signs a CapeWeb project agreement and pays their first invoice or deposit. Any paid project qualifies — new websites, redesigns, e-commerce, AI and WhatsApp automation, SEO retainers, ads management or care plans.
When and how do I get my R2,000?
Within 14 days of the referred client’s first payment clearing — your choice of R2,000 via EFT, or R2,000 credit off your own CapeWeb bill (popular with businesses that already work with us). We contact you on WhatsApp or email to arrange it — you never enter banking details on this form.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No cap. Every successful referral pays R2,000. Refer five businesses that become clients and that’s R10,000.
Do I need to be a CapeWeb client to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer — clients, friends of the studio, freelancers, agencies, accountants, anyone who knows a business that needs a better website or automation. Businesses can refer other businesses too: if you’re a CapeWeb client, you can take the R2,000 as credit off your bill instead of cash.
What if the business was already talking to CapeWeb, or someone referred them first?
Referrals must be new contacts. Existing clients and leads already in conversation with CapeWeb in the past 6 months don’t qualify, and if two people refer the same business the first submission wins. We check on receipt and tell you straight away either way.
Do I need the person’s permission to share their details?
Yes — South Africa’s POPIA requires it. A quick “Mind if I pass your details to my web people?” is enough. We only ever use their details to make one friendly introduction, and we always mention you sent us.
